The Company had a setup of ductile iron foundry at Durgapur, in West Bengal with an installed capacity to produce 24000 MT per annum of Ductile Iron Manhole covers and DI Pipe fittings primarily for export. Initially Company will concentrate on manhole covers manufacturing and later on it will also add Pipe fittings in its portfolio.

DI MAN HOLE COVER
A manhole cover is a removable plate forming the lid over the opening of a manhole, an opening large enough for a person to pass through that is used as an access point for maintenance and other work on an underground utility vault or pipe. It is designed to prevent anyone or anything from falling in, and to keep out unauthorized persons and material.
A manhole cover sits on a metal base, with a smaller inset rim which fits the cover. The base and cover are sometimes called “castings”, because they are usually made by a casting process, typically sand-casting techniques.

DI PIPE FITTING
Pipe fittings basically include the range of components that are used to connect pipe ends for in-line, multi-port, offset and mounting configurations. Pipe fitting cross sections are mostly, but not always, circular in shape to match with the pipe section with which they are connected. Pipes can be metallic or plastic and pipe fittings vary depending on the type of pipe used.

Mr. Subhash Chandra Aggarwal is a Science Graduate and Sugar Technologist from the National Sugar Institute, Kanpur (NSI), and a very renowned institute of Asia in the field of Sugar Technology. He started his career from Production field and worked for many renowned organizations. Due to his meticulousness working, keenness about latest Technology, Development & Leadership, he joined Piccadilly Agro Industries as General Manager in the year of 1997. Now he is looking after K M Sugar as an Executive Director since 2001.
Mr. Rajiv Gupta has completed its Commerce Graduate from Allahabad University in 1981. He has 35 years of experience in field of General Administration and Liaising. He started his career with K M Sugar Mills Limited in 1984, currently he is Addl. GM – Commercial of the Company. He has very commendable liaison ability with various government department related to Industrial issues.
